Bicolana Student Competes in World Miss University in Seoul!

  Adventures of a Beauty Queen is VERY excited for the month of August because three Filipina Bicolanas will be competing in international pageants!

Hip-hip HOORAY for all Bicolanos (including my hubby!)

We have our lovely Maria Venus Raj who will be in the Miss Universe; then there’s Maria Muriel Moral who will compete in the MRS Universe and last but not any less beautiful is Yvette Marie Santiago who will carry the Philippine sash in the World Miss University…   find out more about Yvette in my post for you this Tuesday.

YVETTE Marie Santiago, a 17-year-old BS Accountancy student of Bicol University, will be the Philippines’ representative to the World Miss University 2010 to be held in Seoul, South Korea on August 8, 2010. This will be the 22nd edition of World Miss University.

Yvette Santiago, a statuesque beauty at 5’8″, was already a beauty titlist when she was selected by Lamberto Ricalde of Mega Star Production, local franchise-holder of World Miss University, from the files of winners of Bb. & Ginoong Pamantasan 2010 of CHED to vie for the World Miss University 2010 beauty title.

Yvette Santiago’s collection of titles includes Miss Bicol University, Bb. Pamantasan 2nd runner-up and 2009 Mutya ng Magayon 1st Princess.
