When I started working out in 01 January 2006, my goal was just to gain weight. After eight months, I did achieve it. The next thing thing I knew, it has been more than a decade since yet I still work out like it is my first day at the gym. The only difference as we speak is that I employed routines from the rigors of natural movements such as walking, swimming, and yoga. Having those few abs was merely a byproduct. I am grateful for the discipline I gradually developed from those endeavors. Working out is now a lifestyle for me and has been advocating it through my family and social media channels especially my blog (on The Health Buff’s Folder page).
