Pasacao’s Sariana Beach Rssort (Gate 5) is one of the most underrated and, if I may, neglected places among Camarines Sur’s potential tourism gems in the Bicol Region. There’s an itresistible simplicity and charm that Pasacao exudes, especially along the coastal areas. This photo of the sea glittering in blue accentuated by morning sunlight faling from the skyline…ahhh! If there’s such a thing as a heaven on earth, it would be places like this. It’d be here. The photo is nowhere near the actual beauty of the place, of course, but I’m hoping it’ll serve as an appetizer to anyone who seeks an economical but beautiful coastal resort nearest from Naga City. May this photo also pave the way for, if not help in, the regain of its title in the 90s as “Soutthern Luzon’s summer capital.” I stumbled upon this piece of information while reading up on Pasacao (“Saving Pasacao as summer capital”, Philippine Daily Inquirer; 13 June 2014). The Sweet Joy of Anticipation” It has been a year and four months since but it still feels like yesterday. I still feel so comforted by it. The Arcadian atmosphere is unrivaled .
