Town centre shopping in the UK is back and it’s great to report that almost everyone in this town continues to respect social distancing etc. There is spare capacity in car parks and shops at off peak times and your purchases will help the economy both locally and nationally. It’s also a good time to stock up sensibly in case coronavirus begins to increase again.
My favourite local stationery shop is Biddles. Please see the 3-D map above. You simply go up North Street from the bus station until you find Ward Street on your left.
Biddles’ prices are very reasonable and their own 5-Star range is good quality. If you recycle a printer cartridge, there is a 5% discount on its replacement. They also sell a good range of office furniture. Recommended.
