augh, yeah, that is bad. Are u working with a doctor? The only thing that's ever brought me out of that kinda state is the right meds, or if it's a bit milder, exhausting myself with physical exercise.

yeah I should probably change my meds (agaaaaaaiiinnnn.) 

excercise helps with the distraction but I want to be able to think about things and not just constantly distract myself.

I see my doctor tomorrow so hopefully he can help me...
