IPL 2018: Milne replaces injured Cummins at Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians have brought in New Zealand fast bowler Adam Milne as a replacement for the injured Pat Cummins, who was ruled out of the season and did not arrive in India. Milne will join Jasprit Bumrah, Mustafizur Rahman and former New Zealand team-mate Mitchell McClenaghan in Mumbai's pace attack. Though neither the IPL nor the franchise had announced Milne having joined the team, he has already linked up with the Mumbai squad and trained ahead of the side's third game, against Delhi Daredevils, at Wankhede Stadium on Saturday. Milne had played five IPL matches across two previous seasons - 2016 and 2017 - for Royal Challengers Bangalore. At Mumbai, Milne will also be working under bowling coach Shane Bond, his idol while growing up and with whom he had worked with when Bond was New Zealand's bowling coach. Over 200 million eggs recalled in US because of salmonella fears. Eggetarians in the US were left in shock as more than 200 million eggs were being recalled in nine states because of fears of salmonella. This is the largest egg recall in the United States since 2010. Rose Acre Farms in Seymor, Indiana, was recalling the eggs voluntarily because of a possible contamination with the bacteria. Gujarat: Nine-year-old girl raped, tortured for 8 days in Surat; autopsy reveals 86 injury marks India has been shaken by a series of violent crimes against women and children. After a eight-year-old in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua who was drugged and raped repeatedly before being murdered, a similar incident has been reported in Surat. Police on Sunday found a body of nine-year-old girl in Surat with 86 injury marks. The severely victim's injured body was recovered from a cricket ground in Bhestan area of Surat on April 6. The postmortem report revealed that the girl was raped, tortured for at least eight days. She was then strangled to death. However, the identity of the victim was not known yet and none of her family has claimed the body. According to Ganesh Govekar, Forensic Head, Civil Hospital, said,''The girl's body had 86 injury marks including ones on her private parts. Samples have been taken for forensic test to ascertain whether she was drugged or not.'' Most injuries were apparently caused by a wooden-weapon, officials said. Meanwhile, police have registered a case of rape and also booked the unidentified accused under The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. A reward of Rs 20,000 has been announced for anyone providing information about the girl or her family.
