With uni over, I now have time to do my own things. My mum is hoping to get me some space in the hospital to show some art, and I’m hoping to make it Shetland themed.

After working on my uni project for so long, I’ve gone mad about sunset colours and themes, so I have a feeling a lot of my pieces will be set at sunset. xD
I only have today to work on this, so I hope this is okay. If I get the go ahead, it’s time to colour/tidy.

This is still needing tidied up, but I’ve been working on this for 10 hours solid today and I’m shattered. So I just want to get this up here and not think about it for the rest of the day. But I shall be working on Shot 3 tomorrow which will probably take me longer than this one.
The etching took a lot less time than I thought it would. It’s still rough and blotchy, but I don’t mind it being that way. So here is today’s work. Clean up, Colour, Shadows, Highlight and Etching. Was pretty fun, but also knackering :)
Been working on this all day. It’s finally done EXCEPT for the drawing on the stone. I’m about to start working on that. :)
I coloured the splash. Hopefully I’ll find time to clean it up a bit more. Make it all purdy. I still have to add the selkie skin and work on her hair a bit more. I’d love to get this scene cleaned for the degree show.. but it’s not looking possible.
