My pronouns work a bit like this, as of december 2020 (disclaimer: this is not how it works for everyone, just how I view my pronouns).
"They went to the store, but their purse fell open and revealed a picture of them eating several inedible foods."
And later: "She fuckin died of laughter, like, her laugh sounds like a dying hyena."
And, if someone wants, they can use the two interchangeably during a conversation. However, I'm probably gonna just not understand what you're saying ngl because I'm a lil' dumb even with my own pronouns.
You can use they/them pronouns exclusively, but the same cannot be said about she/her.
That's what I mean when I say "my pronouns are she/they", and thank you for coming to my tedtalk.
