Ppl are so lazy with pronouns

I have a hand full of friends that “aren't able” to address me as he/they just bcz I look like a girl. They normally say it's hard to adjust to since I look so feminine, sound so feminine, act so feminine and all my hobbies are so feminine. They say it's hard to address a woman he/they and a man she/they. If I can then why can't you? I can clearly call my feminine looking friend he/they, why can't you? I can address my masculine looking friend as they/them, why can't you? I can switch my androgynous friend's pronouns, why can't you? If you want to respect my identity then start by addressing me using the right pronouns. You wouldn't like it if ppl kept misspelling your name right?
