Brutal Honesty Time
I love Lauren when she talks about supporting noble or environmental causes, I really admire that side of her so aware of the world around her but there are things she talks about that I don't like very much. Sometimes her opinions on politics. Not that of her country, she knows very well about that, what is happening there. But when she talks about the politics of other countries or when she supports causes that have a wrong approach. A great example of that was the dissemination she made (and many other artists also made including Camila) about the fake photo of the Amazon fire. That image was proven to be false and what happened in the Amazon was not compared with what happened in Bolivia and the bordering countries of the Amazon, where there was chaos with the fires and nobody echoed it because all eyes were placed in Brazil thanks to so much media dissemination that celebrities like Lauren and others did in a wrong way. And I think there is a very common problem here too. Support things that we don't know about the background, side B. We only have one side of the coin that runs like gunpowder in certain situations and that someone usually starts just to get attention, get clicks or followers on social networks. And that thread begins like this until it reaches the celebrities who try to help in their own way because they have a bigger and more striking platform and everything overflows. All, because they do not devote themselves to investigate more on the subject and remain with only one side of the coin. And so it is very easy for people to support things they really have no idea, and sometimes our dear Moonchild falls into those mistakes. Unintentionally, perhaps, but in the end that ignorance is a double-edged sword for her followers because she has a well-known and exposed platform and many times such mistakes are difficult to fight. About the rest, I support her a lot and I look forward to her music but I don't press her because I know we'll eventually have her.
