The forest was probably the best arena to test his powers. Water isn’t that dangerous right? Simple water bending moved like a slow river and easily manipulated. Controlled and basic. Right? 

A raven haired man zoomed past bushes and trees in his path. A sudden scream trailed behind the sudden blast. The leaves blew the opposite direction, hitting against the bark of their own tree. Flowers came right out of the ground, their roots ripped out. Animals scurried out of the way as they saw the man shoot water right from his hands! 

Nilesy’s new powers were not safe with the demigod. The earth created a deep abyss as the powerful hydro pumps carved them out. As the border of the forest came into view, a brief image of a house flashed until a loud crash of glass hit the demigod straight on! 

What an unlucky day for him...!

♝ - ..what a stunning sight. The air of royalty seemed to float in the air, despite the simple view of a mere cottage, the cousins could easily detect what lie inside. The boy inside had taken an interest in both of them - merely in different ways. Niles had likely mistaken Jordy for a water nymph for her abilities around her element, and William as a god, for he had read such tales and poetry with a roaring tone. The two had been overwatching him since, careful of his growth/health.

Time is almost up. Tick tock. Tick tock. 

Inside his own room, Nilesy read the same book he always read ever since he got here. A far away place of magical creatures, a daring lad and maiden fighting the world, while they go through the dangers of their adventure. The book’s scribbles on its margins were full of drawings of all sorts of creature. Though his art skills were not up to par, he still tried to imagine that beautiful land. 

The young boy peeked out the window  and stared into the bare blue sky. As much as he liked the forest, it gets a bit boring around here. He went back to his drawing of a dragon and finished just in time

“Will! Where are you?! I made a new picture!!” Nilesy called out to the window.

Sharkboy was nothing without his usual partner by his side. Lavagirl had disappeared when they teleported into the Dreamer’s world. Maybe it was an accident. She’s out there somewhere and Sharkboy couldn’t leave without her. If anything happened to her, while he wasn’t there. He would be broken. 

The boy closed his eyes and tried his best to sense where could she be, but he couldn’t find her. She was definitely far away from his current position. There was no way, Nilesy could find her in this crowd of imagination. Their dreamer sure did make a lot of characters on they’re spare time. Nilesy pushed away a few faceless people to the side as he tried to find the Dreamer. 

He never found out their creator’s name, so he called “Dreamer! Where are you?” he continued pushing people out of the way, until he was shoved back by a bigger character in his way. The crowd began to run against him. They all started to yell and scream to the heavens. A faceless man went down on his knees and prayed.

“What’s going on?!” Nilesy looked in every direction at the panicked crowd. None of them were his creator. Sharkboy had to find them fast or they might get trampled by all of these people!

The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl //Closed RP w/ theredheadedmage

No one questions how these two are able to save both worlds. A hero born from the water’s depths and a heroine molded from the earth’s core. Their names are named Sharkboy and Lavagirl. This duo were protectors of not only of their elements, but the humans’ minds. 

Plagued by darkness, children of the planet are constantly attacked by nightmares. They wail as they spot the monster in the closet, or the blowing of the curtain, or maybe the mysterious thumping coming from downstairs. In a quick flash, the duo sprang into action to guide the kids to a dreamer’s paradise. They were superheroes among the children all over the world. 

This nightmare was going to be hard to crack. It had already taken over most of this child’s dreams. A winding maze was their last obstacle. Spiders managed to crawl through small cracks in the walls and spook the child. The kid was crying on the floor, shriveling up into a ball of fear. Their legs pressed against their chest. 

Nilesy, better known as Sharkboy, had stepped into the nightmare with his partner. Sharkboy found the kid about to be attacked by the army of hungry spiders. Racing to the corner of the dead end, Nilesy scooped up the child and with his powers he had summoned a wave to wash away the nasty bugs. 

“Jade, I found them!” Nilesy called to Lavagirl as he tended to the child “It’s okay, kid. We’ll get you out of here. Don’t cry...” he tried to coo the crying kid.

It was a pretty hot  day out. It was only spring, but it felt like the hottest day of the year already. Luckily a breeze was blowing through and well Nilesy didn’t need to worry about the heat for any longer. Today was the perfect day to have a swim! 

Nilesy sat on the edge of the pier as he watched Lalna on the sand. As much as he was scared to show his true form, the weight in his bosom would never leave unless he did it. High tide was rolling in fast. It was time. A smirk crossed his face as he backed up. With one leap of faith, the pool boy jumped into the water. 

The transforming boy clicked his legs together and his clothes magically disappeared for a second. A ring of sparkle transformed his legs into his magical shark tail. His eyes widened and his irises expanded, his glasses were not needed anymore. The cool water rushed throughout Nilesy’s body as he submerged completely. 

He missed seeing the color blue in the ocean. All he ever saw was purple the last time he was swimming around. It was calming to feel great water. 

“Come on in the water’s fine!!” Nilesy yelled from afar towards the shore. He laughed loudly as he dove in and out, almost breaching the water.

Nilesy had never been so mad at rain. Most of the time, the boy would love to just sit straight in the rain, but it wasn’t a good time now. He rode his bike down the slick road. He was sopping wet! His hair was slightly covering his eyes. All of his clothes were drenched. Did it really have to rain after he quit his call center job!? 

The rain was really pounding now. Thunder was even starting to boom in the sky! He had to get out of this damn rain as soon as possible. 

The unemployed boy searched frantically for a house with a porch. The first house had a barking dog, no good. The other one looked haunted, yeah definite no! The last home down the street had a small light on. Thank god maybe they wouldn’t mind... Nilesy came to a screeching halt as he stopped at the house. 

Stepping off of his bike, the boy tiredly placed it on the lawn. Passing by a few colorful kids toys, he sat down under the dry porch. Hopefully the residents won’t mind a drenched man in the front of their house, who also laid his bike on top of a plastic house.

Nilesy hasn’t had the best week in the world. Sure he has pretty good grades and he has been happy for the past few months. Though, recently the guy of his dreams had crushed his hopes and heart. His boyfriend had been cheating behind his back with another guy. The swimmer had found out and well he felt like his heart could never be mended...again. 

The new semester has started and Nilesy has changed into a special class. He didn’t know what it was, but it was probably an Advanced Placement class or something. 

As Nilesy entered the room, he found that there were many seniors in the class. No way...he was only a sophomore! The boy took his seat in the front. Class was starting and...his teacher wasn’t even here. Was he late?
