dangerous-times replied to your post: “You know, I hear you’re quite the specimen, and...
, “I was hoping to clarify them tales, and possibly offer you a fine opportunity, sir~”
“An opportunity?” Feral chuckled, head tilting off to the side. The wolf’s eyes caught the light in an eerie fashion, as he contemplated his next move.
“A strange man, a powerful man - no ordinary human...” his brother whispered.
“What’s a human want with a wolf, hm? I’m no house pet, I can assure you. And I’ve a family to keep safe. Can’t just take the word of someone making the bold decision to come near the territory, you know.” The alpha’s smile never faded, however, nor did he appear to lose interest in the offer. More, he was waiting to see what Thomas had in mind. “You understand, don’t you?”
“You know, I hear you’re quite the specimen, and seeing you now, I’m already quite impressed, sir~” Thomas, for perhaps once in his life, looked up towards Feral with a satisfied smile. Just perfect.
The alpha’s hair bristled as he gazed down at the stranger. On the very edges of his territory, which was a brave decision for anyone inhabiting the nearby towns. There were more than enough rumors about disappearances that occurred when one ventured in to this forest - tales of an impossibly large wolf who prowled the area, with a silver tongue and sharper bite. Luring those who came close, either taking their life or turning them as he saw fit. Many in Feral’s pack were wolves he turned himself, converting them to his ideology with promises of love, power, whatever their desires may be.
But none of them quite held the stance that Thomas did. Feral had the scent for those who already held strength - he could feel it on them, could see it in how they carried themselves. Whenever he encountered these folk, Feral could hear his mother’s sweet whisper in his ear, warning him to be cautious.
“I didn’t realize I was so renowned,” the wolf finally replied, a smile twisting on his face. “We try to keep to our own, in these parts, what with the pups and all. Might I ask what’s drawn you hear, Mr....?”
"Okay I'm gonna have to ask you to step away from the dumb fucktoy-to-be. I don't wanna get yelled at if one of the virtues suddenly goes missin'."
“What’s that? I’m afraid we’re having some sort of...miscommunication. Because I haven’t a single clue what you’re going on about.”
Not that we don't believe you, you just seem like the type to pretty up your actual intentions
“Ahh, it’s an unfortunate curse, really! People see the teeth and they get a bit jumpy, think I’m some sort of big bad wolf from a book or something.”
where's daisy's mom?
Ask my muse invasive questions! Nothing is off limits and they have to answer honestly-
“Daisy’s mother passed away when she was still an infant. I’ve raised her with the help of the pack ever since.”
What do you plan to do with that angel of yours?
Ask my muse invasive questions! Nothing is off limits and they have to answer honestly-
“I’m offended that you believe I spoke dishonestly. I intend to take Michael on as my mate, should he have me. I’m a bit of a sucker for lovely people - though the fact that he’d make a strong addition to the pack isn’t a bad thing, either.”
