So many angry people in my inbox showing me how much they don't know about dogs. You should see it Jaz, it's ridiculous. Remind me to never post about something controversial publicly on my personal blog again I guess.
What really oh my GOD is it about you not fixing the pups??? I HATE this idea that in order to be responsible you have to spay/neuter your animals. Creed has been intact for a whole year now. You know how many times he’s sired puppies in that span of time? ZERO. Golly gee it’s almost like being responsible with your animals has nothing to do with forcibly removing vital organs
YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I'M PRETTY SURE THAT YESTERDAY I CONVINCED MY PARENTS TO KEEP THE BOYS INTACT????????????? This is seriously huge considering they're both very pro-speuter. I relied them a lot of the info you've posted in the past about it and they seem to be actually listening to me about canine health this time so here's hoping.

At least until they are 2, after that the health risks go down considerably. There are still risks don’t get me wrong, but at least not as severe.

It’s probable. Romeo is still having a tough time adjusting to his new digs. He’s fine being in it during the day but at night around bedtime he kind of flips out and I’ve been letting him sleep back in my room in his spot under the dresser.
Omg Im sorry bc I’m sure that might be a little inconvenient but that’s super adorable.
Do you know anything that could possibly help calm him down? He isn’t too stressed out to eat because he ate a little for me a few minutes ago, but every time he freaks out I get a little anxious. There isn’t anything he can hurt himself on in there, but I still worry, you know?

Any insects he’s currently eating would be good. I’d also put a few small stones or rocks so he has something to grip while in the water.
Alrighty! I’ll be sure to hunt down some rocks then.
Do you think this dish is a good idea though, or would I be better off with a normal water dish?
