Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1 cup pomegranate juice. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. Salt and black pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together pomegranate juice, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and season with salt and black pepper. Pour half of the pomegranate glaze over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness, basting with the remaining glaze during cooking. Once cooked, remove salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Pomegranate Glazed Salmon!
