Rocky and Layla are the cutest couple. They were preparing for their first child when Rocky lost his high-paying job in the music career. He took to the streets to play for the fans and after some much-needed encouragement from his mom, he decided to try his luck again in the music career. Joke's on his old manager, his new gig pays better and has a better title. The next generation of the Beech family is going to be living in style (and thanks to Layla and Rocky, will be quite musically inclined).

Cliff Notes moved to Bigg City for a view of the water and a closer commute to the hospital. He spends his days working as the Chief of Staff and maxing out his skills. He is alone, but not unhappy. In fact, talking to himself feels like the only logical conversation he has most days. He might call Hugh and invite him over to catch up and brag about his success.

Motherhood isn't for her, so baby Jimi is going to be adopted. (Cliff Notes, the father, also isn't interested in having children.) Jimi will be adopted by Sara and Scot Land (she's Jimi's sort-of aunt.)

When Delta took a job as a nanny, she wasn't sure what to expect. She had plenty of kid experience with her nieces and nephew, plus her job in education well prepared her for whatever nannying through her way. Or so she thought. While the kids were great, there was something odd about their grandfather. After the kids left for school, Yin claimed to be leaving for work but after a few days, Delta realized he wasn't coming home.

Delta was ready to be a nanny, but she wasn't ready to be a mom, so she took the kids to the best mom she knew, Mary. What happened to Yin? Well, Bigg City and it's neighboring towns are about to find out.

Bigg City 2026 Beginnings

Bigg City hasn’t been a booming city for long, but the highway really changed all of that. The many stores and homes have brought many a newcomer to Bigg City. With rumors of a new mayor being “elected,” will the city continue to prosper or will it fall to ruin?

Lim Family

Virgina grew a lot during her time living in Bigg City with her mom and sister. She learned she was going to be a people pleaser any more and she was going to be strong and brave like her mom had become. With the help of her mom and her party-loving uncle, Virginia really found her own voice, and now uses it to command the lower ranks in the area’s military. Her husband, Leonid was a college fling who saw Virginia for who she truly was and adored her from the first moment. Though Virginia refused his proposals for something more serious for years, losing her close friend (and almost-lover) River woke Virginia up to what and who she truly wanted in life. Perhaps it is time to settle in a quieter town.

It’s time to get the band back together! JoAnn’s life has turned into a mess. She’s a liter al Rock God, but she never guessed being at the top as a solo artist would be so lonely. JoAnn’s marriage was in ruins anyways, so she ran back to Bigg City to take over the old warehouse again. Bigg City needs a better music venue. Dot has been aimless in life, and working at Helen’s salon is fine, but boring. Besides, with Helen there to entice the male customers, Dot can barely get a flirty wink in. With the band back together, her sweet drum solos will bring the crowd to their feet and the men to her door. JoAnn just has one “little” problem: her nights with Cliff have left a little memento and she’s not mother material.

Where Widespot begins in 2026

Widespot was barely on the map until the highway came though. Daytona Beech took great pride in bringing the city within reach to the people of Widespot, but with the city came new possibilities. While the initial connection to other areas seemed disastrous, the citizens are beginning to like not being so isolated. Hamilton has carried on his mother’s legacy with more concern for the people of Widespot than concern for the notoriety and paycheck (no offence, Ma!).

Beech Family

Hamilton and Sandy have had a rally rough road, but the last few years have been pure bliss. The affair, the divorce, the divided family all led to one major blowout: Hamilton stood up to Mama Daytona, and got his family back. Though she’s buried in the backyard, Daytona lost her power over the Beech boys. Sandy and little Tenna happily moved home (Virgina moved to college). Hamilton has loved Tenna as his own and his so proud of the young lady she’s become. Now with goals achieved, Hamilton has one more goal before his time is done: to remarry the love of his life on the beaches of Twikki island.
