But it's a day later so I can laugh about it now. • Today I share with you all the 5 stages of missing a squat: 1) Confidence: Always start out a lift with confidence. If you're going to be a little bitch, don't bother. 2) Fuck: that moment when you just don't have it. 3) Use the booty: Squats save lives, and build butts, so use that cushion properly. 4) Mobility: use that good range of motion you've been acquiring with the mobility you do every day to get yourself out of sticky situations. 5) Walk away. No one saw: Pretend like it didn't happen, and go on about your business.
