Pasi, that interview had me tearing up on an airplane. How dare. I love Seb’s moment of “wait what if I just USE my trauma” and then ends up talking about his deepest trauma for the first time on NATIONAL TELEVISION. He’s so emotionally fucked. I would die for him.

Also I love that Seb has essentially become a less far right version of QAnon. Jim would be cackling.

Also I feel like I should put a disclaimer somewhere that most of the plot was thought of somewhere between 2013 and 2015. Writing about anti-government conspiracy theories and protest movements hits a whole fucking lot differently these days than it did 12 years ago, lemme tell you.

Like, the whole point that got me super interested in the prompt in question was the challenge of getting two people who absolutely detest each other at first believably to the point where they’re happy to shag each other’s brains out. And, I mean, I think I’ve succeeded in that respect at least? I’m still not too happy about the plot because it seems pretty repetitive to me, but I am feeling pretty okay about the characterisation.

And the sex, of course. Did I mention the sex?

Dreamed last night that @bigqueervillain was staying in Belgium and I needed to hand them the keys or smth to their holiday home. I went around and they weren't in, so I went inside looking around a bit, descended into the basement and found a naked man tied to a chair.

And I _distinctly_ remember dream-me going "shrug, oh well, Freddy knows what they're doing" and then just casually going up again.
