Hizzie for the ship ask game?
Yesss, I love Hizzie!!
Who hogs the duvet: Both of them. Hope doesn't meant to do it. Lizzie does a little bit. It's sort of a back and forth.
Who texts/rings to check how their day is going: Hope
Who's the most creative when it comes to gifts: Lizzie has a habit of going a little overboard with gifts and sometimes tries to turn it into a competition, hence hers being extremely creative. Hope, on the other hand, puts so much thought into them that Lizzie immediately concedes it's a draw every time.
Who gets up first: Neither of them are entirely fond of waking up early, but Lizzie is almost always awake a few minutes before Hope because she's really gotten into morning yoga.
Who suggests new things in bed: Probably Lizzie. Hope more than likely has to shoot down a few of her suggestions.
Who cries at movies: Both of them. They have pent up emotions and they're both suckers for sad movies, alright?
Who gives unprompted massages: Hope, because she's realized that it's a good alternative when screaming in the woods isn't an option and she can tell Lizzie is stressed out or going through something.
Who fusses over the other when they're sick: Both of them, for sure. Lizzie tends to make more of a fuss though, because she's dramatic like that and cares about Hope.
Who gets jealous the easiest: Lizzie doesn't mean to, but jealousy happens, and it's understandable considering everyone is in love with Hope. She knows that Hope loves her and only her, though.
Who has the most embarrassing taste in music: Lizzie would probably say Hope, who more than likely developed her taste in music from Rebekah or Marcel.
Who collects something unusual: Once again, I don't really know what they would collect that would be counted as unusual?? Probably Lizzie, though, I can see her having a little box of stuff.
Who takes the longest to get ready: Lizzie, for sure, because Hope likes simple. She doesn't mind waiting.
Who is the most tidy and organised: Again, Lizzie. She likes things to be the way that she puts them and all neat and nice, because it's a little bit of control over something in her life that doesn't hurt anyone.
Who gets most excited about the holidays: I feel like I'm answering the same way for everything, but Lizzie. She probably loves the holidays with all the snow, and it means Caroline is coming home, even if only for a short time. Hope might like it just as much for that same reason, because she can go home and spend them with her family!
Who is the big spoon/little spoon: Lizzie enjoys being the big spoon because Hope is small and she can wrap her arms around her, and Hope likes being cuddled, alright? It makes her feel safe.
Who gets most competitive when playing games and/or sports: Lizzie turns everything into a competition.
Who starts the most arguments: Lizzie doesn't mean to, but she explodes sometimes, and it's easy for an argument to start when they both have short tempers.
Who suggests that they buy a pet: Lizzie, absolutely. Hope is hesitant.
What couple traditions do they have: I still don't know what counts as a couples tradition, but probably walks in the woods.
What tv shows do they watch together: Cuttrhoat Kitchen because Hope has finally convinced Lizzie to watch an episode with her and now she's obsessed.
What other couples do they hang out with: Kaleb x MG (with possibly Sebastian because the guy just won't leave, but honestly? They don't really mind anymore), and Josie and Landon, probably. Or Josie and Rafael. Honestly, I can't keep up with their relationships and neither can Hope or Lizzie
How they spend their time together as a couple: Bingeing Cutthroat Kitchen, walks in the woods, Hope attempting to teach Lizzie to bake, Lizzie convincing Hope into helping with the decoarting committe every time there's an event, cuddling and being Mystic Falls' badass but strangely soft power couple.
Who made the first move: Lizzie is knowm for being bold and Hope is too stubborn. You do the math.
Who brings flowers home: Hope, because even though she won't admit it often, she's a romantic and Lizzie always appreciates it.
Who is the best cook: Hope, but Lizzie is trying to learn after watching so much of Cutthroat Kitchen. It's a slight disaster.

to make up for the fact that this sat in my inbox for like a week without me noticing (sorry) here is an extra long bit (that no one asked for) that i will eventually write into a college trc au!! tysm :))
im literally so fucked.
adam hit send on his message to blue just as ronan opened the bathroom door to walk back into his tiny bedroom. he tried to nonchalantly stick his phone as far away from himself as ronan plopped himself onto adam’s bed, but it didn’t quite work.
“who’s more important than me?”
adam grinned. “lots of people, lynch.”
“i meant who are you texting, shithead,” grumbled ronan, arranging himself so that his head lay on adam’s lap and his long legs hung off the end of the bed. when he did this, it was a signal that adam, whose back was pressed against the drab off-white of his apartment wall, was supposed to play with his hair. when ronan and adam has first met two years before, in a required seminar class for all the freshmen education majors at their college, it had been buzzed short; now, it was long and curly and soft and flopped over ronan’s eyes when he wasn’t paying attention. and also, it smelled nice most of the time. which was one of those things that adam spent a lot of time pretending to not think about.
“blue,” he answered ronan as he started to lightly untangle his hair.
“is it about me?”
adam snorted. “yeah, because everything is about you.”
his phone buzzed, and ronan picked it up before adam had a chance to intercept, reading it out loud in his best impression of blue. “‘oh god, what’s he doing now,’ she says. who’s the he? am i the he?”
adam let go of ronan’s hair, which earned him a whimper, and grabbed the phone. “didn’t i just say? you’re not the he.”
“I’m the he, aren’t i,” ronan said, sitting up and waggling his eyebrows.
“jesus, lynch,” adam groaned, smiling despite himself. “you’re only the ‘he’ if the message is, ‘he’s such a dick.’”
ronan plopped back down, settling himself on adam’s lap again before reaching up and absentmindedly playing with his fingers. adam’s heart twitched. he swallowed, then checked his phone again to find another message from blue.
