It’s our annual summer weekday ride up at the tzou. The weather was perfect, sunny but breezy, and we climbed in record time. Double D and Toxic Teacups always a favourite on the way down after Field of Dreams. And yes, this is what a woman who is allergic to nuts and sunflower products has as her portable protein bar! It’s like eating three pieces of pepperoni, and only 90 calories, with very little sugar and carbohydrates! And it’s gluten free! It’s actually way better than it sounds or looks!!
