One of my favorite #exercises is a #front squat! The reason why is because it doesn't put so much pressure on your lower back and it gives you the opportunity to get low! It's important to make sure your heels are staying flat on the ground. Or else you're putting weight on your toes which will cause an imbalance and make you use more of your lower back muscles than exploding with your legs. *Here's a trick: if you feel like your heels are leaving the ground put 2.5lbs plates under your heels.
