I'd pick Johnlock to be canon. Not in an overly showy way, just you know, a subtle nod to indicate 'yes, Sherlock and John love each other, in exactly the way you're thinking and yes, they do shag like rabbits once they're off screen'. A kiss would be nice.
My other ships are sort of half-canon or can't be trusted with the writers to stay true to the characters if they were to make the ship canon.
