Terry do you like to Jazz and Orchestral music ?
i dont think he’d have been exposed to it before he met bruce (or if he did he’d just think it was old ppl music) but then maybe he finds some of bruce’s old records (bc given the odd 80′s/40′s mashup vibe BTAS had going of course bruce would listen to that) and terry puts them on to 1. bait a response out of bruce and maybe get a cool story for the good/bad old days out of it and 2. be a little shit.
at first he just laughs at it bc he cant imagine anyone listening to this kind of music now in the time of nu metal (getting a good few old jokes in there too) but then after he rly listens and he finds an appreciation for the beat and elegance of it. then he starts putting it on when he trains bc the flow and rhythm helps him transition in and out of exercises. bruce would definitely put up a show of protest but secretly he would love the sound of music in the house and cave again
