This is Lisa in front of a light installation by Bill Culbert in the National Art School Gallery in Sydney Australia. The exhibition was part of the Sydney Festival 2015 and is still going on until March 7th. Bill Culbert is a new New Zealand artist born in 1935 who currently lives in London, Croagnes (France) or New Zealand, who knows :-). Even though he studied painting in Christchurch and London, Culbert is most commonly known for his light installations which include found and recycled materials such as old liquid containers. His work is very modern and esthetic. While in my opinnion, the exhibition didn't include the more spectacular works of Culbert, it is definitly worth going and enjoy a quick stroll through this beautiful gallery.
