I think I figured out how to open BIN files from the Internet Archive! 7-Zip and other extractors tend to not work on most of them, but today I discovered a perfect solution.
1. Use AnyBurn.
2. Select "Browse/Extract Image File".
3. Select the ISO, BIN or CUE file you want to extract.
4. Browse through the Image's files.
5. Extract and enjoy!
