Holosync Meditation with Bill Harris
I tried bineural stuff on my smartphpne. I've chosen lucid dreams program... They are dreams you can control. Not exactly like Star Trek's holodecks, at least I never achieved this level. Some people have orgies with celebrities, I most often had lucid dreams about running and falling. I had lucid dreams as a kid, but it ended one day when it transformed into sleep paralysis, nightmares, breathing problems, headache and panic. Well, after listening to this audio program, which was supposed to get my brainwaves right for that experience, my head started to hurt. I went into halfsleep with "Abbey Road" on headphones. In one moment I felt the music is too loud for me, so I turned it down... and I noticed nothing changed. Yup, it was a part of dream. I knew I am on a right way. What was even better, waking up for real to turn down music was easy, what meant- no sleep paralysis! Then I went into half-sleep, half-music video to Beatles songs. It was fuuucking awesome. But passed fast. Now, it's midnight, my head hurts and I can't sleep at all. Reminds me of Psyduck. Psy-ay-ay!!
I hope I won't have those bad stuff I mentioned tonight... Well, I took the risk consciously :)
