ugh same. this show is reminding me that i still have to finish watching medici

lol dude i’ve been putting off the last 3 eps of medici s3 for like ever cause once it’s done, it’s done and i’m still not ready to say goodbye. 

once they put daniel at the helm of it, it became one of my fave ~historical~ period shows.

same!! i liked s1 too but s2 was just so good. i haven't started s3 bc i'm not ready for it to be over :(

yah i think in s2 they decided what they wanted the show to be, whereas in s1 they waffled a lot. also focusing on the Pazzi conspiracy and how that all played out was an excellent trajectory for s2 

and omg s3 is sooooooooooooooo goooooooood. like very melodramatic and soapy which i love lol but daniel turned in some of his best work of the series. the entire cast was firing on all cylinders tbh. 

im sad there’s no s4 tbh focusing on either Piero and his epic fail as like.........a human being or on Catherine de Medici. 

i did hear rumors about a series centering on Catherine but idk how legit those rumors were
