Dragon’s Blood
I wanted to try something a little more ‘thematic’ for my next soap, and was aiming for something with a dragon scale texture along the top. It’s not really obvious at all, though you kind of get a hint if you know what your looking for. Also first time using glitter.
I wanted to put the bioglitter all through the soap as swirls I don’t think it really worked.
Lessons learned: I need a way to make brighter colors, so decided to order some mica. I’d been using liquid colorants so far. Also didn’t see much glitter show up in the soap mix.
Things I like: I like texturing the top, and I think I insulated it a lot better as I got less Sosa ash. And the Dragon’s Blood fragrance is fantastic. Pretty sure I will be giving most of this bar away though.

The pH of the Playa will not allow bio glitter to break down. Please do not bring any glitter to Burning Man. All glitter is moop no matter how eco friendly it is advertised to be!! You will sparkle just as bright on your own without it.
