     @biocreate​  ,        [doorbell] sender rings the doorbell to the receiver’s house Leon for Claire?

       ❝   leon?   ❞      his   name   falls   off   her   lips   in   surprise   at   first.   it's   been   a   while...   too   long,   since   they've   parted   ways.   but   then   a   smile   over   takes   her   lips,   &   she   comes   forward,   pulling   him   into   a   hug.   leon   was   always   a   welcome   sight.   they'd   simply   been   through   too   much   together.   when   she   pulls   back,   she   realizes   though   that   right   behind   her   in   the   living   room   is   her   mess   of   a   trail   to   find   chris,   to   find   umbrella.   so   many   loose   ends.   ❝   chris   ran   off   again...   just   trying   to   keep   up   with   my   own   stuff   too.   ❞

——————– ❁ ❜   SHEVA  TOOK JOSH’S OFFER  without  hesitation . her  weary  bones  sighed  in  relief  as  her  temple  found  purchase against  his  shoulder .  she  was  exhausted ,  dead  on  her  feet  &  he  still remained  tall  like  a  lighthouse  in  the  dark . lashes  flutter  shut  as  the  pair  remained  in  comfortable  silence  while  she  collected  her  bearings . ❛  thanks  big  brother ... if   i  could  just  rest  my  eyes  a moment ,  i’ll  be  myself  again . ❜   or  simply be  lulled  into  a  cat  nap  by  the  security  of   his  presence .  whichever  came  first .
