It started with me just thinking about how a Biomnitrix Four Arms/Pesky Dust would work but now I can't stop a Male Nemuina/Female Tetramand couple(If either of them reproduce anything like humans Male Tetramand and Female Nemuina would not work). A Nemuina's sleep dust is a natural ability so of he knocked her out with it, it would probably count as a victory in a Tetramand Marriage trial.

Can exhale a freeze ray from his mouth or an icy wind that can encase his targets in ice. Powerful enough to freeze large amounts of water, even lava.
Can use freeze ray to create structures made of ice.
Can use his freeze ray to cover the ground with ice so he can slide on it.
Can also use his freeze ray to quickly propel himself short distances through the air.
Can survive in sub-zero temperature environments.
Can climb walls.
Has the ability to camouflage himself, capable of blending in with the color of the environment, appearing invisible.
Is very agile, fast and flexible.
Can crawl easily on the ground.
Has sharp claws and teeth.
Has a long retractable stinger that can emerge from the tip of his tail.
His body is very slippery, which makes him very difficult to grab.
Weaknesses:
If uses his ice breath too much, he'll need to catch his breath before using it to freeze things again.
His shadow can still be seen, since when he camouflages he simply changes color.
Beings like the Vulpimancers or the Anodites can easily detect him.
His camouflage can become useless if he is carrying something or covered with other material.

Can scream at ultrasonic frequencies, capable of breaking metals, redirecting projectiles in mid-flight, and even damaging Taydenite.
Can transmit his screams through speakers.
Can create an infinite number of exact duplicates of himself, being able to survive as long as at least one of him remains intact.
Can use his sonic screams to create a force field as well as sonic waves.
By combining his sonic screams and self-duplicate, can create a wall of sound, where he and his clones create a gigantic sound wave that can cause massive damage to opponents and his structures.
Can create an echo chamber, where clones of him attack from all directions and continue screaming until the target is knocked out or defeated.
The more duplicates of it there are, the more strength they have among themselves.
Can use his sonic screams to echolocate.
Can channel vibrations to enhance his screams.
By duplicating himself before canceling the transformation before fusing again, he can clone the Omnitrix and the user of it, and the resulting duplicates can transform into different aliens separately.
Can combine fins and legs together to form three large shafts that rotate at high speed, generating gusts of wind and powerful tornadoes.
The holes from his shell can release powerful winds and conversely create strong vacuums to absorb substances in the air.
Can use his aerokinetic powers to fly like a helicopter.
His fins give me a great strength.
Has a tough and resistant shell.
Is immune to poisonous gases and also mana.
Can extend the holes on the tips of his fins to turn them into sharp claws.
Can use magic.
Weaknesses:
There is a limit to the number of duplicates than can make.
His screams can hurt his teamates' hears.
If a clone is hurt, it does not recover again due to some transformations later.
Because the clones are made of silicone, they can easily be destroyed by a powerful beam.
His body is cumbersome and it is not very agile on land.
When spins, the air vents from his chest may become obstructed by an object, causing discomfort and forcing him to stop turning to remove the obstructed object.
Despite being durable, he isn't sufficiently immune to mana attacks.
Is weak to being electrocuted or frozen.
