Scarlette Desire, real name Tallulah Buckley, is a Texan born woman now living in the underwater city of Rapture. Her career as a dancer in Eve’s Garden is hardly enough to support her life, forcing her to turn to sex work to try and scrape by. She has a particular distaste for Jasmine Jolene, a dislike that she makes very well known to the rest of her fellow dancers, believing that she has it easy thanks to her connection with Andrew Ryan, unwilling to recognise the struggles that Jasmine still faces
These are our bioshock ocs, our current shared obsession hehe! Collin (the blonde, he's mine) and Freddie! Nothing bad happens to them yay! Rapture is totally awesome!
I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT DRAW THE BG that's concept art of course LOL
You take the man out of the City, not the City out the man…
“It’s happening again… I can’t stop it. I can’t save them. I can’t save anyone. It hurts to remember, and my mind feels muddy. I’m bleeding again… it’s all so scary…
I feel fractured. I’ve lost something, and I don’t remember what. It’s like I’m looking on the other side of a window, at what’s meant to be… but it’s not how it’s meant to be at all…
I’m what’s wrong with this picture. I’m not supposed to be here.”
Ok guys so I physically cannot wait any longer to share this series!!! RAHHHHH IT’S TAKEN A HOT MINUTE BUT I’VE MADE MORE FULL PIECES FOR YOU ALL!!
Chapter 1 | Terzo x F!OC | NSFW | 3100 words | AO3
Well hello again already! I wasn't expecting to have an update so soon but here we are. This chapter we are meeting the first of many OCs as well as the first of Terzo's love interests. Of which there will also be many :) He is also meeting some of the key Bioshock characters here so I have included some photos and links to the appropriate wiki page if you needed or wanted to know more about them.
Warnings: vaginal fingering, significant age gap, Terzo being a perverted dirty old man, allusions to the events of WW2
Prologue
22nd May 1947, Rapture Welcome Centre.
The Kashmir restaurant was filled with chatter, the air practically buzzing with excitement that only came from being part of an exclusive club. And wasn't being one of the first denizens of Rapture the most exclusive club going. Ryan had sent out invitations to this mixer for the first wave of arrivals but the man himself was yet to make an appearance.
Sander Cohen was holding court with his disciples on the balcony and he steered well clear of them. He and Cohen's relationship was delicate in the way a man so used to endless praise and yes men shrunk from the more direct. Especially when many of their talents and proclivities overlapped. He had hoped that the many years having passed since his time running with that crowd in New York may have mellowed the artist but if this display was anything to go by it seems he had only gotten worse.
He continued his circle of the room, making some introductions to what one would assume would become the great and good of Rapture. Already he was trying to gauge who might be open to what his club would have to offer. One man had placidly watched his wife run her fingers down his chest as she introduced herself, they were surely worth following up with especially if he enjoyed watching her do more than flirt with another man.
He heard German being spoken behind him and had to restrain himself from whipping his head around to identify the speaker. Taking a deep breath he composed himself. Given his own home countries actions in recent years it would be unfair to judge someone purely on their language lest he be treated the same. Rapture was about leaving the past behind. Shutting the door on that world and embracing the new. Some things though, they couldn't be forgotten so easily.
He turned slowly to see a tall thin woman, with slightly unkempt mosey brown hair conversing with a smaller man with slicked back hair and a moustache. He was clearly American, as even his stumbling German couldn't disguise his transatlantic drawl. The man noticed his attention before she did offering him a greeting.
'Hello! Sorry us scientific types do get side-tracked even at social functions.' He offered his hand. 'I am Dr Gil Alexander.' He seemed friendly enough so Terzo managed to switch his smile back on.
'Terzo Emeritus,' he said taking his hand and shaking firmly. 'And I fear us artistic types are quite the same.'
'Quite right, quite right!' He looked somewhat awkwardly between Terzo and the women stood beside him but she continued to stare, her head cocked awkwardly to the side. Studying him. 'And this is…'
'I am Dr Brigid Tenenbaum.' She also reached for his hand, but her grip was cool and limp as if she wanted to touch him as little as possible. He offered her a smile too, but now his curiosity was piqued. Her accent sounded more Eastern European to his ear. A Slavic doctor with a German name. She had the same dead eyed expression he had seen many a time in recent years. She had seen the war. But on what side, he couldn't be sure.
She didn't return his smile and dropped his hand as quickly as she could while still claiming polite civility. Dr Alexander looks between them awkwardly for a moment before he cleared his throat.
'What brought you to Rapture Mr Emeritus?' he asked, clearly keen to break the awkward silence.
'I'm here to re-establish my club somewhere that is a little more open to the kind of fun I like to have,' he winked at Alexander. 'And perhaps bring back some of that wild abandon we enjoyed during your home country's prohibition.'
'Is that so?' He looked intrigued if a little unnerved by what was being alluded to. 'You have spent time in America then?'
'I have indeed, I spent most of the 20s in New York. In fact that is when I met Mr Ryan.'
'And after that?' She asked abruptly.
'I was called back to Europe. Family business you know.' He offered vaguely. 'Spent some time in Sweden, Italy,' he hesitated. 'Poland.' She blinked slowly in response but showed no other outward reaction.
'And what about you Dr Alexander?' He asked turning back to the more forthcoming of his conversation partners.
'I am a robotics engineer and mechanic,' he happily takes up the offered opportunity to fill the silence. 'As I am sure even a layman can appreciate the technological advances just to construct Rapture are fascinating and far and away from what is being worked on in America as we speak.' If one person embodied the excitement of the potential Rapture represented he thinks it might be the man in front of him. He seemed almost giddy with it. 'It would have been stupid, unthinkable not to take the opportunity to be a part of it.'
'I couldn't have put it better myself Dr Alexander,' he replied. 'Even as a layman.' That earned him a little snorted laugh from the man. There is something he liked about him and he hoped their paths would cross in the future. He isn't sure he would say the say about his companion. 'And you Dr Tenenbaum?'
'Genetics.' She doesn't elaborate and he is not sure he would have wanted her to. He drained the last of champagne in his glass.
'Well it has been a pleasure to meet you … both,' he said hoping he sounded more sincere then he felt. 'But I really must acquire some more champagne.' He offered them each a nod then made a hasty retreat.
He took a breath when he reached the refreshment table. This schmoozing was more taxing then he had remembered. There had been so little room for frivolity in recent years he had forgotten the cost of keeping up his façade. Not that his more recent endeavours hadn't been taxing in many other ways. But there was an energy he couldn't help but feel in a situation that meant life or death for yourself and those relying on you but he clamped that thought down. Dr Tenenbaum had shaken him that is all. Unintentionally prodded at wounds that were still too fresh.
He downed one glass, perhaps the buzz would help him find some stability again. In the past he had done much of his best work half drunk. He picked up another but just held it for now and finally turned back to the room at large.
That was when he spotted her though and it was as if everyone else fell away. She was stood at the edge of the gathering, below the large welcome banner as if she were trying to blend in to the wall. She was a big girl, filling her rather conservative dress in a way he doubted the design was intended. The high cut neckline did nothing to disguise her generous decolletage and the straight cut skirt ended up emphasising the dramatic curve of her waist and hips. She was from another time, he thought, the type of beauty not appreciated enough these days.
Her face was cherubic, her large brown eyes attentive to the goings on around her, pouty lips sipping at her drink and soft cheeks that he could imagine rounding beautifully if she were to smile. All this framed by an abundance of shiny chocolate curls that made her look much younger then her years. She would still be considered to young for him if he cared for such things but she was a woman grown at 26, he did check, so was fair game as far as he was concerned.
He may be vain, he would freely admit to that but he knew he was generally considered a handsome man. He was shorter than average but had never understood some men's insecurity at being so. It was only a hindrance if you allowed it to be and he certainly did not. His hair was a deep inky black like many of his countrymen though each day there seemed to appear another grey hair, tipping him over the balance to more salt then pepper, much to his chagrin.
His face was lined now, sagging in places. He had tried all the creams and potions but he had lived a life of excess in all things, he conceded. There was no painting in his attic that could bear the brunt of his sins and overindulgence while he remained unblemished. And deep down he would not wish it so either.
And of course there was his eyes. Common enough amongst his family and familiar to his friends and fellow congregants but to the outside world they were intriguing and unnerving both. He used to make up stories about the white eye. In New York he was notorious for never telling the same story twice. It amused him then but now it felt like a connection to something that he was no longer sure he aligned with. Another line of thought he did not wish to dwell on.
Maybe he had been more handsome in his youth but what age may have taken from him in beauty it had given him in charm. It had surely helped him many times of his life, allowing him to talk himself in to peoples beds, and out again if need be. He had also developed what one might call a sixth sense for whether his advances would be welcome or not. Which especially came in useful when it was a man he was trying to lure to his bed. One could never be too careful there, although he was pleased to see a few such couples scattered through the gathering.
He collected an additional glass of champagne from the what seemed like an endless supply of the refreshment table and made for her direction. If she had been paying more attention to the room at large he might have made a less direct approach. Meandering between the chatting groups of revellers but her attention seemed to be caught by a couple making use of the darkened corner of the room to get better acquainted themselves. He hoped they might be not far behind them.
'You look like you could do with another drink,' he said offering her the glass. He watched her in his peripheral vision. She startled slightly, then let her eyes rake over him, her flush darkening as she did.
'I do believe I would,' she said taking the offered glass. He made sure their fingers brushed and relished in her quiet gasp. 'Thank you Mr….?'
'Emeritus. Terzo Emeritus' He leaned against the wall at her side. Just close enough for her to feel his presence but far enough away to still claim propriety.
'Mr Emeritus you are Italian.' She said with delighted surprise, turning to face him properly. He was impressed he managed to steal her attention from the canoodling couple so quickly.
'Sì, lo sono. Non sei una ragazza intelligente?' She swooned a little in his direction, as American girls tend to when he used his mother tongue. 'And your name is?'
'Jemima Miller.'
'Ah what a fitting name for you are a gem to behold.' He was being cheesy perhaps but it worked. Her blush deepened and he learned how right he had been about her cheeks when she smiled.
'I don't know about that Mr Emeritus,' she smoothed her hands down her dress self consciously.
'I will ask the question that has been asked so many times this evening. What has brought you to Rapture?'
'I travelled with my parents,' she shared. 'I know I am probably too old to still be with them but Pops would work away for so long Ma would get lonely so I ended up never leaving and then when he got recruited working here. We were told we all had to come.' He enjoyed her nervous rambling. There was a sweetness about her that was soothing some of the edges of his that been scraped at this evening.
'And have you made many friends since you have been here?' He doubted she was spoken for. No beau would let her alone so long at an event such as this but it's better to check, even indirectly.
'Not really no,' she looked down at the glass in her hand, seeming somewhat ashamed. He wanted to reach out and lift her chin. Instil some confidence in her but that would be too forward for the moment. 'There aren't many people here yet you see and my parents, they didn't want me around the other workmen.'
'Ah I see, I see.' He did so love the sheltered ones. 'Your parents wouldn't mind you speaking with me?' It is an out of sorts he had offered her. He knew they wouldn't like it and she knew it too but here they were.
'They wouldn't mind me talking to a gentleman like you Mr Emeritus,' He suspected her of being a little coy, a smile pulling at the corner of her lips while she played at innocence. 'With such nice manners. That's what Ma always says about the workmen. They ain't got no manners.'
He is sure his smile was a little predatory, but he couldn't help but show all his teeth. She was perfect. He held her attention with ease regaling her with some of his more gentlemanly adventures. And she surprised him, asking inquisitively about his travels and experiences and even poking fun at him at points. It was refreshing. To genuinely flirt and be flirted with in return.
She was from Indiana but when the depression hit hard, her father had moved them to Texas and that was where he had begun working for one of Ryan's companies. He built a reputation as a hard worker and a leader to the point where his name made it across Ryan's desk. Terzo wasn't privy to any of the logistics of the construction of Rapture but it seemed that Ryan had recruited heavily from his own companies and that was how she had come to be here and finally ready to start making some decisions of her own.
It had taken a little over an hour of conversation before he had her in one of the storerooms with his hand up her skirt. She had been with a man before, she would later tell him. Her high school boyfriend had rutted her like an animal a few times in the back of his car, but she had never been touched like this. As was often the case he cursed men for their ignorance and neglect of women's pleasure.
She shook when he slid a finger inside her, face a picture of shock and pleasure. He liked being someone's first. Not their first ever, despite his Church's reputation it wasn't all about virgins. But the first to offer a real taste of pleasure. That was an honour he would enjoy as many times as he was able.
Her nails dug in to his shoulders even through his suit jacket and she panted in to his mouth as he kissed her. Every now and then her eyes fluttered shut when his fingers caught her just right but much to his surprise she held his intense gaze as he gave her her first orgasm on his hand. She had so much potential.
He suggested she come back to his apartment but he instantly felt her reluctance. He was about to start gently persuading her, the pronounced throb of his hard cock and the remaining buzz of the champagne clouding his judgement. She surprised him though, behind the nervous and timid girlish façade was a rational, strong willed woman that had no qualms telling him no.
'It's one thing to have a fumble in the closest Mr Emeritus,' she said firmly but still somewhat breathless, her hands rested on his chest.
'Please call me Terzo,' he interrupted, at least wanting to hear his name fall from her lips.
'But it is another thing all together to go home alone with a man I have just met.' He groaned, denied on all fronts. It just made him want her more. 'Ma may have taught me between my legs was only for making babies but she didn't raise a complete fool.'
'Maybe you should introduce me to your mother too.' He caught her hand before the deserved slap made contact.
'I'm sorry that was a joke in poor taste, not very gentlemanly,' he apologised. There was no insincerity there but he couldn't help but smile at how she had responded to his teasing.
'No it wasn't.' Her lips lifted at the corners so he pushed his luck, placing a kiss to her palm then her wrist, following the length of her arm to her ample bosom. He kissed what little skin wasn't covered by her dress before continuing up her neck, following the stretch of her tendon as she tipped her head back with his tongue. He nibbled her earlobe and had to suppress another groan when she shuddered against him.
'Would you let me make it up to you?' He whispered in her ear. She barely nodded but that was all the encouragement he needed.
'Meet me for a drink in Fort Frolic, tomorrow?' He wondered if it was too soon but he didn't want to wait to see her again. 'Then I will be a man you have met twice.' She giggled in to his shoulder the sweet sound only bolstering his confidence.
'I might consider going home with a man I had met twice Mr Emeritus.' He wanted her, and she wanted him too. But he respected that she required him to do a little work. It wasn't a hardship to enjoy some of the delights Rapture had to offer so he could bed her.
'I will meet you at the express station then? At 7?' He sounded eager because he was. He wouldn't deny it.
'At 7,' she confirmed and treated him again to that coy smile.
He helped her right her dress not willing to waste his last chance to have his hands on her until she chose fit to allow him again and at least offer the impression that the had been doing anything other than what they in fact had been doing after sneaking away.
He couldn't help one last tease before leaving her, exaggeratedly sniffing at his fingers. It was a torture for him as much as it was for her, the lingering scent only making his mouth water for more. Her cheeks almost matched what was left of her lipstick when he turned to bid her farewell.
'Tomorrow then, Jemima.'

Please let me know if you want tagging in any future updates. I can't promise a schedule at all but it seems like a lot of people are not interacting or not seeing fics anymore but I also don't want to be annoying and tag people who aren't interested so just let me know.
