Reading James Baldwin has been on my TBR for quite a while. Listening to The Fire Next Time reminded me so much of listening to Between the World and Me by Ta-Nahesi Coates. Written like a letter to his nephew Baldwin discusses the role of the Negro in America. And although it's been 60 years since this was published Baldwin's words are 100% relevant to today's America.
