Capcom: How can we make a more intimidating prosecutor?

Capcom: alright why not we make him super tall, a literal convict in jail for murder, with hawk-like markings on his face. Also he can literally create a slicing wind with his hands and can break out of his shackles any time he wants. He has a pet hawk who attacks people and literally threatens to kill people while prosecuting. He is the physical embodiment of the dark age of the law.

So uh nobody gave you your boy for the ship asks so Simon fucking Blackquill

Whenever anyone refers to Simon as my boy I gain ten years and my skin clears up tysm he is my favorite boy ever

My NOTP for them: EVERYONE KNOWS MY HATRED FOR CYKES//QUILL like it is cursed I hate it.  

My BROTP for them: Simon and Athena are best friends/family FO REAL.  Also Simon and Klavier is so good and perfect and I’m glad more people are on this train with me.  

My OTP for them: Listen you can’t make me choose between Blackmadhi and Blackbright/Phantomquill.  You can’t okay I love all of them so much.

My second choice pairing for them: Simollo (Simon/Apollo), probably!  I don’t see them super often but when I do it is A+ 

My fluffy pairing for them: Blackbright is v fluffy it is adorable.  Also Simon/Uendo is always super cute when I see it!

My angsty pairing for them: PHANTOMQUILL.  It is my main source of angst and I LOVE IT.  Blackmadhi semi counts due to how I usually write it aha.

My favorite poly ship for them: *slams fists on table* WRIGHTWORTHQUILL IS GOD TIER

My weirdest pairing for them: Simon/beta!Simon; do not ask me why I randomly sometimes think of this but I love it when I do.

I multiship Simon like no one’s business because so many people need a piece of that hot samurai ass.  Also because he is just beautiful and people would be lucky to be with him LET’S BE REAL.

Simon Blackquill's crew was found loitering in my neighborhood this evening. Rude ass ruffians.

Imagine Simon always thinking Taka is male and then he comes home realizing there is a nest in the tree next to his bedroom window that Taka has made and he sees three eggs there. 

And of course he knows not to really mess with them because Taka will freak out but he brings his bird some good warm stuff to add to the nest. 

When they hatch they imprint on Taka and Simon (shh I have no idea how birds work is this even possible it is now) and the next time Phoenix and Athena face Simon in court he has Taka on one shoulder and three hawk chicks - each with their own little custom-make scarf - on his other and carries on with the trial like it is no big deal.

You think Simon still has the warding charm Jinxie gave him? I thought it was cute ^^

I definitely think he still has it!  While I don’t think he actually believes in the legend, he found that it did comfort him in his jail cell and beyond.  I think he probably kept it under his pillow while he was still in jail, and maybe thought about getting rid of it after his exoneration since he wondered if he would really need it anymore. 

But he still took it with him back to Athena’s, where he was staying.  She didn’t have an extra bedroom, so figured that he could stay on her couch for the time being, to which he thanked her graciously.  It stayed in his bag as she gave him some pillows and blankets and unnecessarily apologized for not having more.  

Athena fell asleep earlier than he did, and he found himself having trouble getting to bed.  He would close his eyes and see images from the trial and would open them up again to just stare at the ceiling.  He didn’t want to wake Athena...she already did enough for him today and was exhausted.  

He looks at his bag and then gets up to take the warding charm out.  He smiles when he remembers how Jinxie, unafraid of his tactics, offered him the charm when she saw how tired he looked.  She was a brave girl.  Brave and kind. 

Returning to the couch, Simon places the charm under his pillow as he did while he was in prison and finds it a bit easier to fall asleep.
