Lets talk about my ocs! Aero helped me come up with a name for them: Birechroma. Im thinking that if we get into the linguistics of it, but keep in mind the only thing set in stone is the aforementioned name, words like how we refer to ourself as human would be like "birekind" or "chroma" in less formal situations. They probably borrow words from english and latin (and other human languages if you want!) for addressing multiples or using pronouns etc. Theres a lot to think about but for us in referring to them in writing this works!
So first sketch is just Cylar bein cute, second set is some exploration of ancient birekind before they evolved into more forward facing eyes. Their home was mostly covered in water similar to earth hence having eyes closer to the side of their head.
The next time I cover this species Ill talk more about how they biologically have basically an infinite range of features and colors but for now well leave it at this! Look at baby Viridius lmao
