The #BirkatAlMouz ruins near the base of #JebelAkhdar give an interesting look at what life used to be in this old Omani village that has long been abandoned. This is a very interesting stop either on your way to/from Nizwa, Muscat. Trying to picture what life was like in the old ghost town of #BirkatAlMouz with its traditional irrigation. Visitors should exercise caution around the crumbling structures.
