Just a little something

There came perks to having an Eidetic memory, since he remembered everything he looked at it was impossible for him to not remember birthdays. When he had seen one of the books for everyone on the island, he had skimmed everyone's Birthdays and today happened to be Invidia's.
The Egyptian demi god had never celebrated a birthday whether it be his own or someone else's, but Invidia was his friend and what he had learned about those is that it's good to appreciate the day they had been brought into this world. They day that led them to meeting Tau in the first place. Thinking of that it was easy to understand why birthday's are important.
With all the knowledge he had of Invidia so far, even if it wasn't much, he had a beautiful painting wrapped in brown paper-very neatly-and twine over both sides to a little tied bow in the center. Maybe his wrapping wasn't the prettiest color but still it looked rather beautiful in a simple way. Painting in hand he showed up at Invidia's door. The door of a place he hadn't ever been to yet, and honestly wasn't sure if he was welcome since he had just... come over.
Tau was never the best with texting.
Knock Knock.
The painting was the original from Artemisia Gentileschi. Judith Slaying Holofernes. It was a powerful piece that Tau knew invidia would appreciate. He had been told by Invidia that there was an empty space he wished he had a painting for and Tau never forgot that. Giving away an Original piece to someone who had a deep passion for art just like him would never be an issue. Most would think he was crazy for that. If he sold it he could get millions. But life had never been about the money for Tau. Never been about status or anything of that matter. Since he could remember, Tau only laid importance on the things he had passion for; and he was always willing to share that with anyone who cared for those things as much as he himself did.
