Indulge in the delightful flavors of Biscoff cookies with these homemade baked doughnuts. The Biscoff glaze adds a rich and creamy finish, making these doughnuts a perfect treat for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/3 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup Biscoff spread Cookie Butter. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 2-3 tablespoons milk for glaze. Crushed Biscoff cookies for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a doughnut pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Spoon the doughnut batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the doughnuts spring back when lightly touched. Allow the doughnuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. While the doughnuts are cooling, prepare the Biscoff glaze. In a small saucepan, gently heat the Biscoff spread over low heat until it becomes pourable. Remove from heat and whisk in the powdered sugar until smooth. If the glaze is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency. Dip each cooled doughnut into the Biscoff glaze, allowing any excess to drip off. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top of the glaze for added crunch and flavor. Let the glaze set for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your homemade Biscoff Glaze Baked Doughnuts!
