Not every pony au has to have the main character be/become a alicorn
Alicorns if we’re going based off of the MLP gen 4 show are basically comparable to a god in status and should therefore be less popular in comparison to other pony species
No everypony of the same blood line has to be an alicorn (I’ve seen too many joestar alicorns) and matter of fact not ever Angel/demon has to be an alicorn! We have a variety of other pony species; work with those!
