He was last seen on December 25, 2019 around 10:15 PM at his residence in East Rockaway on Second Avenue. Bishop is 5’6”, 150 lbs with black hair & brown eyes. He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans & red sneakers. It is believed that Bishop is suicidal & may be in need of medical attention.
