Howard Year 1
Sadly my freshman year has came to an end, but I'm excited about sophomore year. Freshman year at Howard was truly a life changing experience. I learned so much about myself and life in general. I have a few regrets academic and relationship/ social wise. Last semester academically could have been so much better if I had not slipped up and made simple mistakes plus enrolling an extra class would have helped. This spring semester I really learned to discipline myself better when it comes to studying so I'm proud of myself for doing better. On another note, I really had a very POPPIN social life.... I mean very poppin. I never partied before coming to college, but Howard quickly changed that ...lol Honestly Howard is the most turnt school ever! Also I've met so many amazing people this year, especially my floormates. I had the privilege to meet and live with forty two beautiful, crazy, and strong minded young women who made my freshman year so amazing. The ladies of C3 are truly felt like sisters and I feel like I've made some lifelong friends. Along with making friends, I had my share of " acquaintances", who are basically people that I talked to. Out of the few guys I talked to this year, it was one that I genuinely thought would turn out to be something more like a bae. But that didn't happen and its awkward because I feel like we both messed things up between us and a connection is still there. I was too eager to hang out and " chill". While he was to eager to advance our potential relationship way before it needed to. So who knows what will happen in the future... Overall I loved my freshman year and I know sophomore year is going be even better ,and I'm starting it off by working in D.C. for the summer. 2014 is my year of independence and I'm glad to have two jobs to start my journey..... So yea this post is long enough..
