Today was a perfect day. I am at Northern Illinois University, where I spoke to counseling and health service staff; spoke about bisexuality from a transnational perspective to a group of amazing students in a Women & Gender Studies class; had lunch and an interesting discussion about sustainable activism with some amazing student leaders; and spoke about "The Changing Landscape of Identity" in a graduate higher ed class. And somewhere between all this, I participated in a Coming Out of the Shadows march in support of undocumented students. I am completely and utterly exhausted, and feeling very fulfilled. #bispeaker #lgbtspeaker #lgbtq #bisexual #bimama #niugsrc #outoftheshadows
