Why the fuck can I clearly hear my upstairs neighbor’s music from my room with the heavy duty ear plugs in and my own music playing???

Were it not a somewhat reasonable time for music to be playing, I would go bitch them out. The only thing stopping me is the knowledge that I myself am incredibly noisy during daylight hours.
