It's a post war Drarry fiction. Harry inherited must the wealth from the great 28 families. Harry is forced to marry Draco, the sign a contract about how much freedom will Draco have. To spite his father in law Harry keeps the wine. There is this forced contact thing, they are forced to hold hands every so often, Harry dated Charlie briefly, after the contract, to be able to go to Romania Draco gives Harry a pendant with skin to avoid the physical contact clause.
