Sunny Hill has returned to making music, as a trio, 👀 (guess things aren't settled between Kota and Eunju). Glad to see them still making music!
Their new song , 넌걸어와난달려갈게 (You Walk, I'll Run), is quite cute, a nice simple pop acoustic track with a few funky elements added in here and there. Debuted in 2007 and we're still kicking, props to Bitna fka Seunga for keeping this group alive !

“Cheers!” You shouted over the chaos, raising your glass. The whole group soon followed, glasses all clinking together. You downed your glass in one go, head tilted back as you let the bitter taste of alcohol flow reach your tongue. “Calm down, it’s not a race,” Jae-eon teased, patting your shoulder. “No! Have more Y/n!” Bitna exclaimed, offering you another drink, which you gladly took.
“This is a celebration,” you shrugged your shoulders, downing another shot. “What are we celebrating exactly?” Sol shouted over the chaos, making you furrow your brows slightly. “I don’t know yet, but I’ll find out soon.” You said confidently, leaving Sol dumbfounded. It wasn’t long before you were mumbling incoherent things, trying to get up and dance every now and then.
You were always pulled back down by Sol reminding you that this was a restaurant not a club. The pout on your lips did make it really hard for her to resist your pleas, making her squint her eyes at you every time. “Dance with me?” You asked her for the hundredth time, hiccuping between each word.
By now everyone had parted ways, leaving you and Sol alone outside the restaurant. She only smiled at your request, ignoring you as you complained. She wrapped your arm over her shoulder, supporting your wait as she began walking. “You’re pretty,” you mumbled, staring at her side profile in a drunken daze.
Sol turned away from you, looking out into the night with a bright blush coating her cheeks. In your drunk state, you gripped her chin, forcing her to face you. Her breath hitched as you came face-to-face, noses almost touching. “Y/n,” she warned, but doing nothing to remove herself. “Pretty,” was all your said, caressing her cheek.
Blinking rapidly, you seemed to come to your senses, shaking your head as you pulled away. You tried to walk on your own, only stumbling a few steps before Sol’s arm was wrapped securely around your waist. “Thank you,” you said shyly, not saying anything else for the rest of the walk.
“Will you be okay by yourself?” Sol question upon reaching your doorstep, looking at you with concern etched on her face. You only hummed in response, refusing to look at the taller girl. “Good night,” she whispered, unsure of what to do. “Night,” you managed to stutter out, then slipping into the confines of your home. Sol sighed, staring at your door with mixed feelings. She knew it was wrong, but there was just something about you that had her heart racing.

“Look who it is,” Sehun said, pointing towards that roof door. You emerged looking like you hadn’t drunk a thing last night, hair tied neatly in a bun. “I come bearing gifts!” You announced, throwing out snacks to everyone as you made your rounds, greeting everyone with a hug. Sol was surprised you even looked at her after last night, but you greeted her the same way as you did the others.
Taking a seat beside Jiwan, you smiled mischievously at the girl. “New flavour?” You asked, holding your hand out expectantly. “Candyfloss,” she said, handing over her vape. Grinning, you rested it between your lips, inhaling the sweet taste. Jiwan giggled when you blew the smoke back in her face, swatting your arm playfully.
Giving it back to her, you blushed slightly when she didn’t even wipe it before copying your own actions. The two of you continued to chat about anything that came to mind, blocking out the world around you. “A little birdie told me you got hammered last night,” Jiwan looked at you, curiosity filling her eyes.
“It’s too bad you weren’t there,” you pouted, leaning back in your chair. “Ah, cute!” Jiwan squealed, pinching your cheeks lightly. She let her hands linger for a while, getting lost in your eyes. A loud laugh brought her back to reality though, turning her attention back to the group. However, her eyes kept wandering back to you. Admiring how careless you looked when laughing, head thrown back in amusement.
To her it seemed that everything about you was perfect, Jiwan wanted nothing more than to draw your perfect features. When you noticed her gaze, you turned to face her, a smile brightening as you made eye contact. You reached down to squeeze her hand, not letting it linger for too long. Instead you leaned forward, resting your head on her shoulder.
The action had her blushing, Jiwan couldn’t help but think about all the possibilities. Her mind raced with thoughts, as a toothy grin tugged on the corners of her lips. Having you so close made her heart rate pick up, beating a mile a minute. She knew it was just a friendly gesture, but she couldn’t help but let her mind wander.

Another day meant another party for you, which also led to another hangover. Everyone always wondered how you managed to get black out drunk each night, yet still come into classes looking fresh as ever. “Y/n!” A high-pitched voice exclaimed from behind you, making you whip your head around. You were tackled into a hug, when you realised who it was, your arms came to wrap around Jiwan’s neck.
“What’s got you all excited?” You asked, pulling back, yet she kept her arms tightly around your waist. “Nothing, just happy to see you.” Jiwan smiled up at you, eyes glowing with joy. Catching sight of a tall figure leaning up against the lockers, you peaked your head over Jiwan’s shoulder. “Hey Sol,” you said casually to the older girl, who nodded at you in response.
“Will you come to lunch with us today?” Jiwan asked, practically jumping with excitement. “Hmm, I don’t know. I said I’d help Jae-eon with something,” you shrugged your shoulders. Jiwan’s eyebrows threading together, a frown growing on her face. “Oh, okay,” she said defeated.
“Come on, I’ll buy you some food,” Sol said to her girlfriend. Jiwan nodded along, however the frown remained. “Well, I’ll catch up with your two later.” You said, strolling away without another word. Two piercing gazes follow you as you walk, eyeing you with frowns.
“You like her,” Sol stated, watching you round the corner, disappearing completely from her line of sight. “What?” Jiwan whipped her head around, eyes wide in shock. “You like her,” the taller one stated simply, now turning to face her girlfriend. “I-I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she stuttered out, trying desperately to defend herself.
“You look at her the way you look at me,” Sol concluded. However, her face didn’t convey sadness, instead she looked almost understanding. “I’m sorry, it’s just a little crush, it’ll fade. You know I love you,” Jiwan ranted, trying her best to explain whatever it was she felt for you.
“It’s okay,” Sol hushed her, pulling the shorter girl into a hug. “I get it,” she said, patting Jiwan’s pack. The latter sighing in relief, it wasn’t until she realised what her girlfriend had confessed did she pull away. “What do you mean you get it?!” She exclaimed, confusion clear on her face.
“There’s just something about Y/n,” Sol said, having trouble voicing her emotions. “You too?” Jiwan titled her head cutely, making the taller's heart melt. Nodding in response, she patted her girlfriends head, mutual understanding washing over the two of them.
And thus began the conquest of your heart.

Sol and Jiwan went about their day as usual, class, lunch, class again, then finally group dinner. They sat impatiently, looking to the entrance every time they heard the door sliding open. Their hopes faded as the night went on, no sign of you. Rather than dwelling on it, they tried to make the best of the situation, participating in whatever chaos the group was creating. Besides, they could see you tomorrow anyway.
“Why is that boy always late?” Bitna said exasperatedly, earning the attention of the group. “Who?” Gyuhyun asked in a bored tone. “Park Jae-eon,” she responded, looking at her phone screen. The familiar sound of the sliding door had everyone turning once more, focusing on the person entering.
In the entrance stood Park Jae-eon, with you rested on his back, a tired look on your face. Your arms draped around his neck, while his hands held you buy your legs, two plastic bags in his grasp as well. “Yah, why’re you so late?” Bitna questioned, raising a brow at the two of you. “I had to carry her all the way here, and we bought ice cream too.” He said simply, with a smile on his face.
Jae-eon sets you down on the chair next to him, letting your body fall into his side. “What happened to her?” Sehun asked, poking your arm. “Long story,” he answered vaguely, unaware of two pairs of eyes burning into the side of his head. “Who wants desert?” The charmer asked, earning a bunch of cheers from your table.
Not much time passed before everyone started to leave, all going to attend to their own things. Leaving only a few of your friends at the table, the atmosphere suddenly a lot quieter. “Someone should get her home,” Nabi gestured to your half asleep figure. Getting up, Jae-eon began to lift you up with him.
“We’ve got it,” Jiwan said quickly, tugging at your arm. You stumbled into Sol’s embrace, her jacket rested atop your shoulders in mere seconds. Nodding appreciatively, Jae-eon went back to his seat, leaving the girls to take care of you. They speedily ushered you out of the restaurant, walking you in the direction of your house.
The walk home was mostly silence, aside from your few drunken babbles. “Where are your keys Y/n?” Sol asked, deciding you weren’t sober enough to be left to your own devices. “I’m not sure,” you said, humming in thought. You spaced out, making the taller girl sigh. “Try her bag,” Jiwan instructed, while she checked your pants pockets.
Blood rushed to Jiwan’s face as you leaned all your body weight on her, face nuzzled into her neck. Your soft breaths left goosebumps in their wake, while the shorter tried her best to hold you up. “Found them!” Sol announced, pulling your keys from your bag, quickly unlocking the door to your apartment.
They lead you to your bedroom, laying you down on your bed carefully. Your eyes fluttering shut as soon as your body met the mattress, both girls stuck to their places. You looked so peaceful, gorgeous even while heavily intoxicated. A faint whisper coming from your lips had their eyes widening. “Stay, please,” you mumbled, seemingly asleep.
Unsure of what to do, they decided it was best to leave your room, maybe they could crash on the couch. “Don’t go,” you whined, hand reaching up to tug on the sleeve of Sol’s shirt. Your grip was weak, but it was clear that you were still awake now. “Both of you stay,” you murmured. Looking at each other, the two shrugged their shoulders.
What was the harm in sleeping in the same bed? Taking a spot on either side of you, the girls lay on the bed. Both of them take a moment to admire your side profile, until you start to move, toss and turn. You found comfort in resting your head in the crook of Jiwan’s neck, snuggling into her side. Your hand comes to reach for Sol, pulling her closer to you.
Both girls looked at each other over your head, the widest of smiles on their faces. Sol and Jiwan let themselves fall into unconsciousness, having what was possibly one of the best sleeps of their lives. A content smile on each of their faces, even while in a peaceful slumber.
~~
Groaning, your eyes fluttered open, the natural light streaming through your room momentarily blinding you. Going to roll over, you found yourself trapped by two pairs of arms draped over your torso. Adjusting your eyes, you turned your head slightly, jaw dropping in shock at the sight before your. There lay both Jiwan and Sol either side of you, dead asleep.
The pain in your head was now long forgotten, the only thing plaguing your thoughts was the two beautiful women in bed with you. ‘How drunk did I get last night?’ You thought to yourself, wrapped up in your thoughts to notice the movement beside you. “Y/n-ah,” a sweet voice brought you from your thoughts.
Looking up, your gaze meets Jiwan’s, a tired, yet happy look on her face. “Good morning,” she mumbled, pulling you impossibly closer to her body. The contact had your brain short-circuiting, but your body relaxed in her hold. “Penny for your thoughts?” She asked, lightly poking at your cheeks.
“What happened last night?” You asked, uncertainty lacing your voice. Jiwan’s mouth opened and closed like a fish, not words coming from her, as she furrowed her brows in thought. A groan from behind you cutting off her thoughts, both looking to Sol, whose eyes were now reopened.
“Morning,” she mumbled, smiling when she caught sight of the two of you. “What happened last night?” You asked bluntly, panic started to invade your thoughts. “Hey, calm down.” Sol soothed, running her hand through your hair. You leaned into her touch automatically, racing thoughts starting to fade away.
“We like you Y/n!” Jiwan blurted out, not being able to hold it in any longer. “You what?” You asked, voice shaky, making them worry. “Look, I’ll just get straight to the point. Jiwan and I have both developed feelings for you,” Sol explained. You blinked rapidly at that, your head still trying to put together all of the pieces.
“You like me,” you said to yourself, trying to get it through your head. “The both of you?” You questioned, to which they both nodded their heads, unsure of how you were going to react. Were you going to kick them out? Or worse, never speak to them again? Their heads rushed with negative thoughts, while you processed their words in silence.
“What if I like you, both of you?” You asked, breaking their chain of thoughts. Jiwan grinned, while Sol was still hesitant, not knowing what you were thinking. Sitting up abruptly, you could face both of them. “How would it work?” You asked, curiously.
“I’m not quite sure, but I think it’s something you figure out as you go along.” Sol said, hoping to put some ease to your mind. “So do you like us?” Jiwan asked eagerly, with a hopeful look in her eyes. Tilting your head to the side, you looked at the two of them carefully, replaying all of your memories with them.
“I think I do,” you hummed thoughtfully. “Actually, I know I do,” you confirmed. Bright grins spread across all of your faces, as you lay back down beside the two. “I’m glad,” Sol said, interlacing her fingers with yours. “Me too!” Jiwan said enthusiastically, taking your other hand.
“So, what does this mean?” You asked, still trying to wrap your head around the situation. “It can mean whatever you want it to mean. We’re willing to take it slow, since this is new to all of us.” Sol said, ever the wiser. “Okay, then.” You smiled, leaning into their touch.
The rest of the day was spent reminiscing on old memories, while laughing about how oblivious you all were. This new step may have been scary, but it sure was worth the risk.
