new bit i invented last night where when you travel home from the bar and your friend says they cant find #theiritem you have to suggest that maybe it took a taxi home and just hasnt gotten there yet

2026年度、新しい仲間とともにスタート！

今年度は、23名の新入社員がビッツの仲間として新たに加わりました。緊張した様子の中にも、これから社会人としてスタートする期待や意気込みが感じられる、フレッシュな入社式となりました。

式では、辞令交付のほか、先輩社員から新入社員へ向けたメッセージが贈られ、 新入社員一人ひとりが社会人としての新たな一歩を踏み出しました。

また、当社がSDGsパートナーとなっているB.LEAGUE・秋田ノーザンハピネッツの選手から新入社員へ向けたメッセージもいただき、会場は温かい雰囲気に包まれました。

今後は研修を通じて基礎知識や技術を身につけ、先輩社員とともにチームで開発に取り組みながら、それぞれのフィールドで活躍することを楽しみにしています。

新しい仲間とともに、ビッツはこれからも成長を続けていきます。
