      Katherine grumbled from the vanity in their shared dorm room. Surprisingly, sharing a space with Caroline Forbes wasn't entirely miserable, but there was a limit of annoyance that the blonde seemed to enjoy pushing on a semi-regular basis. They often escalated to a level of immature pranks to keep each other in check. Like that morning for instance, the buxom brunette gathered the excess strands of her roommate's hair and shamelessly put the flaxen knot underneath her downy pillow, a satisfied smirk on her foxy features.

Dean Winchester and Caroline Forbes have a less than stellar relationship, with the former leaving more often than not. A hunt that was mere inches away from Caroline's doorstep is picked up by the hunter and, yet again, they are forced to interact again as Dean can't seem to stay away. As much as Caroline wants, she can't seem to shake him either, her feelings coming back into play as soon as he knocks on the door. The hunt almost goes sour, leaving Dean badly injured, but still finishing the job. Once again, they find themselves on the precipice of another one of his trademark departures, and Caroline can't seem to control herself when he decides to leave.
