(Rank question: Eiji's weapon is technically an extension of his power. If he were to reach rank 3 and choose to regain his powers, would he get the weapon AND the full extent of his Catharsis power back, or would it be an either/or thing?)

Hello.  As the weapon power can be used separately from the rest of his powerset, you would still choose normally at rank 3 between receiving your full power strength or your weapon.
