His name is Bixby, he's a police officer, and he's about as smart as a bag of flour, but we love him for that ❤️ deadass might be the dumbest guy on the force, but I made him like that because Wiggum deserves a friend to match his dumbassery. Literally dumb and dumber over here (lowkey I ship them)
