The story of a journey into self awareness and prosperity through trials and tribulations of modern-day people.
Hmm. Well. Where do I start?
After two and a half years of life and all that it included, I finally found the mental and emotional strength to not only retrace these various memories and moments in time, but to reveal them all to the public, in hopes to not only reveal my various struggles, but to possibly reveal the struggles of other people in the world. In this album, you will find stories of love, heartbreak, rage, depression, and et cetera. What can I say? I've lived one hell of a life. Sorry for being human.
I could lie and say this album was made with little to no effort, but then again, why would I do such a thing? It was honestly a labor of love; the love of pain. It took a lot out of me to record this project, let alone publicly release it, but hopefully these fears and the various dimensions of pain I've sheltered within my heart and mind for oh so long will eventually fade and will be replaced with the feeling of triumph, euphoria and utter joy. Not just for myself, but for everyone that connects with this project as a whole. Then again, I'm just a kid with high hopes. Sigh.
Spoiler #1: Due to the fact of me trying to make this album less "personal" and as unified as possible, different characters and perspectives were used throughout the course of this album. Why night you ask? Simple. The title is Diary of the Golden Child[ren] for a reason. It's not just MY album and MY story; it's ours.
Spoiler #2: Foreshadow and Golden Child[ren] are autobiographical tracks that explains me as a person, as well as the many vital aspects of the album before the story even begins.
Spoiler #3: The album's story actually starts with the song Soul Therapy.
Don't be a bitch and skip any songs though.
Thank you to all that read this. Hopefully this gave you better insight and bettered your understanding of things. There are so many other things I left out that I wish I could say. But I guess we'll have to wait until the right interview or conversation comes to reveal it all. Oh well.
Now stop reading and go indulge yourself in the music.
Share our story with as many people as possible.
Please? I beg you.
Thank you in advance.
Peace and blessings to all of you.
