{ ☀ } —- my muse gets a bad sunburn.
Iris was laying on the dock on a nice day. She had a long swim that day and decided to air out to dry. As she laid in the sun, she didn’t realize how high the UV rays were. As she laid there, she listened to music to pass the time.
Suddenly waking up, Iris didn’t realize she fell asleep. Groaning, she sat up to throw her dress on when she realized how red she was and how painful it was to move. “What the...” Iris panicked. She never had a sunburn before. She always made sure that she was fine.
Hoping that she could heal quickly, the siren dove into the water and shifted. It took two days to finally heal completely back to normal, and those were the most painful two days.
