Day didn’t get off to a good start when our hot beef baguette shop in Peebles was closed and we had to make do with some artisan sausage rolls.
A couple of wee steep hills with far-reaching views. Toilets closed cos of anti-social behaviour and we avoided the quad-biking, motorcycling, bonfire burning group in the main lay-by. Wrong Side of the Grass gig in village hall that evening.
Did the Earlston snow-drop walk (5 mile) the next day.
